For particularly complex designs, the chocolate object can be produced in multiple parts if necessary and then professionally assembled with chocolate, making even extraordinary shapes possible.
Almost any object can be created as a 3D chocolate, whether it’s a technical device, vehicle, mascot, or design sculpture. However, for each inquiry, we check feasibility and advise you on size, shape, and technical limitations.
Particularly delicate details such as thin tips, fine extremities, strong undercuts, or widely protruding elements pose a great challenge in chocolate. Here, we advise you individually on design adjustments, material thicknesses, and, if necessary, optimal segmentation.
The right packaging and careful handling also play an important role so that your artwork arrives intact and impressive to the recipient.
Simply send us your idea, sketch, or a photo of your desired motif – we will gladly check, without obligation, what is feasible. Often, after an initial assessment, we can already give you a rough cost indication and a proposal for implementation.
For particularly elaborate or technically demanding projects, we recommend a paid feasibility study in advance. This way, we find the optimal solution together – from a quick cost estimate to a sophisticated concept. In any case, we personally accompany you from the first draft to the finished chocolate sculpture.
Existing 3D data, for example in STL format, is ideal – but even without it, we will find the right way to implement your vision.

For particularly complex figures, planning and modeling are subject to a fee – these costs will, of course, be credited to the total price upon order placement.

The delivery time for your custom promotional chocolate consists of the production time and shipping duration. Production time depends on the complexity of your order.
As a rule, you can expect a production time of approx. 3-6 weeks after final design approval.
For particularly urgent inquiries, we are happy to check the possibility of express options. Please let us know your desired delivery date as early as possible so that we can plan everything optimally for you.
Individual pieces are possible, as are small series – depending on the desired figure and technical effort.
For particularly complex projects, we recommend at least 10–20 pieces to ensure an economical ratio between development and unit costs.
A free sample from our current production, as well as various taste samples, are available at any time.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a physical sample of your own design in advance, as planning, approval, and order placement are required first.

Yes, absolute transparency and your satisfaction are very important to us. Before we begin production of your custom promotional chocolate, you will receive a detailed digital design draft (a so-called mockup) or an illustration for review. Only after your final written approval of this draft will we begin manufacturing. This way, you can be sure that the end result exactly matches your expectations.
You determine the shape, size, and type of chocolate (e.g., milk, dark, white), surface details, embossments, color applications, and packaging.
In addition to complex 3D figures, we also offer flat-shaped and individually embossed bars – a more cost-effective option that is particularly easy to ship and handle. We are happy to advise you on all options and find the ideal solution for your project together.
Your chocolate creations will be carefully and break-proof packaged – depending on your preference, as a gift box, individual packaging, or in specially developed protective packaging for shipping.
Upon request, we can customize the packaging with your logo or add greeting cards and inserts. This ensures every chocolate arrives safely, attractively, and in perfect condition to your recipient.
